Yeah, it's good you brought my attention to that google "did you mean" thing. I never noticed that before. Now I'll know it exists at least. Maybe they can change that.

Just send support ticket to google and they will fix that for you right away.

I had a situation once where one of my sites was hacked. Someone installed a malicious iframe on it, so Google put my site on the list of "dangerous sites with viruses." After I fixed that site and deleted the virus, I contacted google. Within a few weeks they put me back on the "good sites" list.

Thats usually what happens when you email them after you fix your site... they kinda manually check it out ...
