What were the top website ideas in your country this year (non porn)??
 

I'm writing an article on website ideas that were big this year and I'd like to find some examples from around the world. Stuff like themilliondollarhomepage a few years ago, twitter etc. Maybe something that I haven't found on google yet ;)

What websites this year non-porn are top? I have no idea. I have some non-porn ideas in mind for promoting.

I'm not looking for new ideas, just things that have already been done, but were really popular in certain countries. Oh well, I guess I'll have to rely on google :)

Check out services like CrowdSpring and FreshBooks. Not sure if either is new this year but they are excellent services that might be worth mentioning. A good source for what your looking for might be found by combing through Smashing Magazine -- they are on top of new shit for the web...as is Instant Shift
