I would have to say Thunder Ball, because they give you the option to manually put the link on site, instead of inserting script.

Although, from what I remember last reading on the subject, Thunder-Ball was up for sale. So, the future of that site is uncertain.

Interesting timing this thread is taking, since we know Thunderball is having issues right now... still doesn't mean that link exchanging with IFRAMES is a good idea....
