That's fairly easy to do if you're willing to get your hands dirty and your roof isn't crazy steep. You can clean them out by hand and unclog almost any downspout with a hose. :thumbsup Better yet, if your roof is walkable and you have a backpack blower, takes about 5 minutes to clean em out.
