Content Sellers/Buyers Who pays for Home made Content?
 

One of My friends asked me if we can sell the home mate stuff he may self shoot, so i told him that i'll ask around,

there was somebody posting gfy who buys home made stuff, but i forgot who was that exactly.

so My Questions are:

1. what is the video length that You consider decent?

2. the girl and guy must have to sign some paper work or not?

3. of course You can't know about my country's laws, thats my business to research how the things work, but, is it possible that my country may ask info from You?

People buy amateur home made videos of all sorts. Some can be 30 seconds, some can be hours. The length the videos must be just depends what the buyer is looking for. S2257 papers to prove they are over 18 for United States. Research other countries.

1. Depends who's buying, i consider descent a good 5-10 min clip
2. Yes they do, they gotta sign a model consent and copyright agreement

at 3. i asked if Our government can get personal info from the buyer, but since 2257 documants are there, probabely they must be able to get it.

so real spy cam and such stuff is illegal in US right?

Yea i know, 2257 paperwork is a must but, due to i don't know much about the process, what i really wanted to ask is, is there a way that Provider/Broker can do this paperwork Her/Himself?


i m not asking for some shady ways, just wanna learn how the process works :thumbsup
