Modern Warfare 2 - How is it so far?
 

I just picked mine up. Going to play for sure tonight. For those who got it already, How is it?

i only logged 50 minutes soo far im feigning it

i played multiplayer for about 7 hours last night, i couldnt stop playing it. I think they have added a lot to the mp to keep it interesting.

Played for an hour and a half or so last night and passed out. I'm trying to knock out some work so I can go play some more! Hell, I might make it an all nighter tonight just to play.

fucken kept getting killed

single player on one level above normal. this game rocks.

the single is great...too short though went thru it in 3 days play 1 hour a day

Love it.... rocking it our on PC though..MP is Killer!!

Played single version last night 2.5hours , freaking loving it!
Cant wait to play some more tonight and get my gamertag later on

nice to hear that MW2 is a good game, think about buying it at the weekend. MP part is much more important for me than SP.

Anyone else notice that some of the graphics look like the old one and are not up to par with WAW? I like the bigger maps. I was not so crazy about the Rio map being like 2 miles from house. I could probably snipe my neighbors.

I finished the game in less than 5 hours, played online for about 2 hours total and I am already at level 20. I was a bit worried I'd be left behind with all the kids attacking it in their free time but my second game online I won... I then went on a streak of wins.

I can probably still play this game from time to time and win most of my games :)

What do you call a win?

After 8 hours i was level 19, and i was tearing it up. I dont believe that you got level 20 in 2 hours.

I call bullshit too. I've played for 2 hours online, placing in the Top 3 on my team everytime.

I'm still at Level 7.

So i played online until 3am, game kicks ass! Glad i kept playing COD4 to stay sharp ;)
Favorite weapon so far is the SCAR-H. Love the fully auto secondary handguns as well.
Just gotta start finding my sniping spots now :) I'm at level 22 after playing 6 hours.

Oh btw, did anyone have probs trying to invite someone into a game? I couldn't invite anyone.

Play Demolition and you will rank up fast - you get like 5000 pts per round or more plus challenge points on top of that.

Yea, the invites suck...but there was an update last night and I believe they almost have the patch done for fixing it.

If you cant get into a game, you have to delete your friend and re-add them again in order to play together...brilliant minds overlooked a major function of the game...crazy

I'm only about 45 minutes into it but have it for PC. Can't stand FPS games on 360 or ps3.

Completed the campaign mode today! Really enjoyed the levels. Much better than WAW.

Can't even get online here, the network is having major problems. Hope they fix that shit soon... :helpme

Going good, either they sorted the hit detection or the matching system is putting together people with similar server ping.....or both.

The bigger maps are changing peoples playing styles....less camping it seems, although once people get used to the maps I'm sure some will go back to their little corners.

Martyrdom, 3x frag spamming, and spawn camping....have pretty much ceased.

I LOVE MW2, the online play is amazing, they really did a lot of work on the depth of the game this time around.

I think so far that it is GREAT! Not playing multiplayer yet but campaign and right now I am "lost" in a city in Africa somewhere being bamboozled by a ton of gibberish speaking militia. Its nuts good. :thumbsup:thumbsup
