That's a bit like standing at a random point between two suburbs and saying that suburb X is closer than suburb Y...

You really need to perform traceroutes from multiple locations to work out a good average. If you traceroute from a choopa customer then they're going to be instant winners. :D

Tooexpensive,you can get 100 mbit for 100$ these days.

Not a DEDICATED 100Mbps, SHARED then yes.
$100 barely pays for any decent hardware specs even.
