The only thing different with this network is that we'd own the sites and collect 100% of the ad revenue. I wont be ready to get started until 2010, I have a few projects that need finished development.

Sure. I know many of the tricks they pull to disguise the referrers, the BS used to try and pretend there's no clickfraud etc. Count me in.
