The CDC also says the stats do not mean it is getting worse. It just means we have a more accurate number of how many got it, or how many went under reported.
The deaths from H1N1 is still only about 1/10th the total deaths of the flu during the regular full season.

oh noes! We're all gonna die! If this doesn't scare the fucking daylights out of ya maybe next week they can add people who died in car accidents and coughed a week or two before. Fuck it, how about if you have ever had a fever or coughed in your life you've had swine flu so if you die in the future and didn't take your shot that's the reason. Better run out and get stuck with some shit they tossed together real quick to cover up the virus they released by giving other shots.

Am I calculating this wrong? The mortality rate seems to be 0,01818% vs 0.12% on the regular flu ? Unless I'm mistaken it might be preferred to get the swing flu! ?

4.000 dead / 22.000.000 * 100 = mortality: 0,01818% (swine flu)
vs
36.000 dead / 30.000.000 sick * 100 = mortality: 0,12% (normal flu)
