Looking for a designer
 

I am looking for a graphics designer who also has hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc. I am NOT looking for someone who knows how to use Photoshop or Fireworks ? I am looking for someone who thinks like a designer and where Photoshop, and other tools, simply empower their skills. I need this person to understand that design is meant to achieve a goal rather than look pretty.

I have one project as a test with more to follow - assuming I find the right person. I prefer to work with someone in North America please. Please post your samples in this thread.

beware of outsourcers who show you others work as their own. Always work directly with designers, not middlemen.

Go to mainstream and double your budget. You will find something unique.
