chronig, yes you could do it yourself but why if your willing to go to a service that provides it. Hell it is the service industry for a reason and I am sure that they do a lot of shit that they do not "like" to do every week. Then who cares who ends up doing it. I would care less if it was some fat chick removing the hair from my sack, taint, and asshole. Hell worst case is it is some guy doing it and you sprout wood, assuming you are not gay. Then you may feel very fucked. Although it would just of been a physical reaction.
Now you "could" call around if you felt like making a ton of calls and getting placed on hold way to often and would leave you with no proof if you want to just be aggressive.
Other option would be to make a list of higher quality places that treat people. Just make sure they do Brazilian waxes and other options. Proceed to start at the most successful looking place and go inside (wired if really wish evidence) and just ask to get seen or get done. If or when they reject you, kindly remind them that they can not discriminate against you based on your gender. If they still insist, you can pretty much own the place and move on to the next. Just avoid the homosexual ones, unless they dont make you uncomfortable. Just they may cost more.
