bobby666 11-17-2009 04:27 AM

2013 is the real date

flip.green 11-17-2009 04:46 AM

No dude it's 2012 i saw it in my cheerios

Dirty Lord 11-17-2009 05:02 AM

really do you think about the world coming down in 2012? this gonna happen on 2020.

Raf1 11-17-2009 05:39 AM

unrealistic, goofy movie, but quite entertaining in the cinema.

CaptainHowdy 11-17-2009 06:08 AM

Science always ruins it all...

Les Grossman 11-17-2009 06:09 AM

Since all of you porn webmasters moonlight as astro physicists, you should be well aware that even IF 2012 is 100% true, our governments would never let that cat out of the bag.

NASA can debunk it until the cows come home. The only way to know for sure if it's real or not, is to see what happens on the day the world is supposed to end.

NetHorse 11-17-2009 06:18 AM

Don't see that 2012 movie, it's such a cheesy flick. :2 cents::2 cents:

kowalsky 11-17-2009 06:32 AM

The real date will be when the petrol is finished.

Paul&John 11-17-2009 06:55 AM

Saw the movie, its pretty long

Slick 11-17-2009 07:19 AM

"Initial theories set the disaster for May 2003, but when nothing happened the date was moved forward to the winter solstice in 2012 to coincide with the end of a cycle of the ancient Mayan calendar."

ROFL, ha ha, that's actually kinda funny. So if nothing happens on 2012, they're just gonna pick another event a couple of years later and say THAT'S when it's gonna happen.

You sir watch too much movies.

MaDalton 11-17-2009 09:27 AM

i saw the movie - very entertaining. the special effects are impressing, the story might be a little cheesy, but you don't watch movies like this for the story. definitely worth the money

TheLegacy 11-17-2009 09:28 AM

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black

PR_Raul 11-17-2009 09:34 AM

movie looks good..can't wait to see it

dyna mo 11-17-2009 09:39 AM

why wouldn't NASA make a statement? last i checked NASA's mission is to determine what's out in space and to learn more about it all.

certainly you don't have an issue with them communicating that, especially in light of all the disinformation being spread in relation to the movie.

It's embarassing that NASA even has to comment about stuff like that, :2 cents:

If you saw the previews then you already know it all.

Lykos 11-17-2009 10:33 AM

Gonna watch it soon.

Martin 11-17-2009 10:54 AM

Yeah I don't believe the 2012 theories that the world is ending. It makes for semi entertaining movies though.

JD 11-17-2009 01:15 PM

i heard the "real" date is like 2220 or some shit. something about us misinterpreting the calendar. Either way though it's all a bunch of BS imo

Yup, they've been doing it for years.

When one date passes, they just pick another one a few years later, and go through all the same bullshit again.

Some people believe in it though, so i guess it's worth it just to see them look like fucking idiots time after time! :1orglaugh

idkkkk the show i saw on TLC the other day was pretty convincing haha

fatfoo 11-17-2009 02:23 PM

Everything in that movie is potentially real.

What seems more probable is that after some tragedy happens on the streets, Hollywood/music community will make a cover-up and pretend it was a song/dance/movie.

It's like Bruce Willis can be a real hitman in real life and running around shooting people, but cameras will follow him, so less people panic and think it's a movie.

CamsMaster 11-17-2009 02:40 PM

Needer I don't think is gonna be something in 2012

WebairMetz 11-17-2009 03:40 PM

My theory is in line with the mayan calendar. I predict that an NEO (near earth object) will scare the living hell out of mankind

halfpint 11-17-2009 03:45 PM

We will all come to the end of our lifes one day. I wanna see that movie before I die though

JenniDahling 11-17-2009 04:21 PM

Wasn't the world supposed to end or something on Jan 1, 2000?

Sly 11-17-2009 04:27 PM

I'm 26 and already in my life the world was supposed to end probably a dozen times. I'm sure it will end several dozen more by the time I die.

Ravage 11-17-2009 04:36 PM

Everyone's just reading the Mayan calendar wrong, or rather, people wishing to cash in are hoping the sheep buy into the doomsday bullshit.

Yes it counts down to the alignment of the planets. That's the point of their calendar. It count down the current cycle before creation/start of the next long count calendar. Maya ruins have references to future planned events well past 2012 well into the year 4,772.

J. Falcon 11-17-2009 04:38 PM

I wouldn't watch 2012 if you paid me cash up front. It's amazing the garbage movies made today. I bet this shit makes Armageddon look like the Godfather part 1.

WWC 11-19-2009 12:17 AM

What i dont understand is people expecting a "realistic" movie with this kind of story line, its only a MOVIE people.....just enjoy the popcorn yeh :-)

We don't know shit about the universe or life.

WebAdultSolution 11-19-2009 05:44 AM

Saw 2012.....worth to see!!!!

pornguy 11-19-2009 06:27 AM

I love the way not the Mayans Predicted the end of the world, and the Mayan Calendar predicts what ever or backs what ever..

Did any of these people ever stop to think that the Mayans stopped working on it because they fled the area due to war and just never got it finished?

Serial Pervert 11-19-2009 06:35 AM

Everything about 2012 is a big lie. But the film seems to be good.

Have you ever been part of a private military company or special forces, done a job that the government and the media said you didn't do? I'm guess no, because if you did, you would not make such a statement.

Shit happens every day that you are not informed about and even lied to about.

martinsc 11-19-2009 10:03 AM

i saw it and didn't like it... but I LOVED the special effects :):)

Iron Fist 11-19-2009 10:26 AM

What is with people who think movies are supposed to be real? Freakin idiots.

Just Mike 11-19-2009 02:45 PM

the real date is 2014

CosmicTang 11-19-2009 03:00 PM

The Mayan Prophecies are among the most misinterpreted and distorted since those of a Jewish carpenter with whom we're all familiar.

They don't predict the end of the world, they predict the end of an age. Astrologers, hippies and new age-y types call the coming age the Age of Aquarius. The age that's ending is the Age of Pisces.

What exactly is going to happen is unsure, but one interpretation is that with a galactic alignment (which is actually going to happen) the energy bombarding the earth will be different and thus affect consciousness on the planet. A cosmic kick in the ass if you will. No doubt most of us could use it.
