It's set at program level. I've found out the main program I promote on there turned them off apparently.

The new program I signed up earlier with took 20 minutes for the test clicks to filter through, but they are showing now.

Surprised how long the test clicks for a new program took to come through though, I expected them to be pretty much immediate.
