I have never had good luck with vid-cap galleries. That gallery looks like it should have movies on it, not pictures. The pictures aren't that much larger than the thumbs. It looks good though, not trying to rip you down :)

Big thumbs are GREAT for guys who prefer photos and after seeing your giant thumb, doesn't have to join your site. :2 cents:

I have the exact same reaction ... the "large" picture you link to isn't but a hair bigger than the thumbnail, and they do look like images that would link out to a video clip. Perhaps use this for a movie gallery layout and hook those thumbs up to a 10 sec clip? I'd also try this: have thumbs so that they fit 3 across, thus reducing them a bit, so there's a noticeable size difference when they click to see the larger image. Otherwise, it does look good, you have nice text and crisp eyecatching sales areas.

Browser resized images look crap... in this case it's not so bad because it's only shrinking the image slightly, but you can still see some aliasing effects on the watermark text. You haven't done thumbnails, you've just browser resized the full image. :)

Good content for sure. Not sure about the pics though... I'd prefer a vid of that to wack off to. But I'm not an expert in that niche so go with whatever works best for you.

Yea we are going to be making some gals just like this with vids. Thing is these pic galleries convert just as well if not better than videos and doesn't eat up nearly as much bandwidth.
