Yea that's an idea but i rather pay for it and put up the legal way instead of getting sued later but then again i'm not going to mention any companies that i'm sure tried that method.

Why not just buy a set off amacontent or someone here they are all decent priced and good stuff - then photoshop it and you have your banner - there are 5 posts a day for designers needing works you could likely get an amazing header/banner for $100 with the doc's and content

Why not just use the girl in your avatar then?
