Erotica-Archives or Met-Art ?

I use to promote Erotica Archives and tried to set my girlfriend up with a site with some promos to get her going.

So I went to the site and signed her up for E-A and it's loading as Met-Art through CCBill.
Does anyone know what's going on with these guys ? I sent mail twice this week but got no reply. Hell, I just spend time building galleries and templates for these guys. Does anyone here promote that site ?

No answeres from them and I don't even know if they are counting traffic anymore.

These are not the only guys who made changes. Divine Breasts no longer use CCBill. All my links for them must be dead and I never heard a word about it till I looked at their webmasters page. No sales came from them in months. I thought it was just slow but now I'm thinking that they just fucked me... If this info is bad then I'm sorry. Just saw it today and didn't ask them about it. I got to go back and look at all my sponsors and sponsor codes over these few because I don't trust any of them... ha!

Seemes like a lot of people are switching things around without giving out any notice. Some removed their sponsor page all together and other changed payout progs.

What do you mean by "it's loading as met-art" ? The FHG, or when you click through? I can reach http://www.errotica-archives.com/ fine, but it's possible that met has a default 404 redirect to met-art and they've deleted some of the older FHGs. More info needed...

I don't know but they have the hottest fucking girls around and the best photography period.

Brabuster 11-22-2009 01:33 AM

No buddy.. When you go to E-A and sign up for the webmasters program it loads it to ccbill as Met-art... Go try it. The FHG are no good unless you have the CCBill code for Erotica Archives. I don't use FHGs anyway. I build my own galleries and need the link codes. I have nothing in my Tools section for them. It's like I just signed up for Met-Art over and over again. No codes for E-A at all.

Met Art bought Errotica Archives a while ago. You can promote both with the same CCBill Id

Brabuster 11-22-2009 02:11 AM

That's no good. I'm saying Erotica. The pics say Erotica. But I'm sending them to Met-Art. Oh man... This is the kind of bullshit that I don't need.

Thanks for your help on this.

This. Unless they have a bunged up FHG or two, the links work fine.

Met-Art: http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...000&PA=xxxxxxx
Errotica: http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clic...-archives.com/

Met-Art FHG: http://hosted.met-art.com/Full_met-a...155/?pa=xxxxxx

That's right. If I use a Met-Art code it's not going to count my sales. You can't put just any number in there. It's got to be a Erotica-Archives code and at this point they are not giving one out.

Anyone promoting that site should look into this. You may be losing money with codes that no longer work.

As for Divine Breasts. I just checked. The last time I made a sale for them was January 2009. Average traffic is 200+ per day. I didn't even notice these guys. They slipped right through the cracks.

Either you are missing something here or we are

Signing up here gets you a new affiliate code, it will be listed as Met-Art in CCBill admin.

It's fine guys thanks.
Why should I use a Met-Art ID code in a link made for Erotica Archives. That's just bad shit waiting to happen. Next thing you know the site is gone or they stopped counting traffic. I'll put met art links on all my galleries and be done with it. If they want to complain then they can give me the proper codes which I should have gotten in the first place. I shouldn't have to copy link codes from Met-Art to make this work. Now I have 3 met-art subs in my CCBill tool box.

You just nee to stop thinking of Met-Art and Errotica being separate. They are separate sites but the are part of a single affiliate program now, Met-Art. It's as simple as that.

It's been like that for a few years now.

Agent 488 11-22-2009 09:15 AM

hey man ea and met-art are the same company. use the met-art ccbill code for ea. simple.

Altheon 11-22-2009 01:39 PM

Did you see the traffic leaks at the bottom of the Erotica Archive page?

Read this thread properly dude.. It's spelled out for you.

aroy3719 11-22-2009 02:01 PM

Looks like the E-A and Met Art got the same owner. And JayS - post says something about that!

fatfoo 11-22-2009 02:04 PM

Erotica-Archives or Met-Art... Have not heard much about it.

Brabuster 11-22-2009 04:40 PM

Ok here we go. I understood everything you have been saying from the beginning.
I signed up for the Errotica Affiliate Program over a year ago and it's listed in my CCBill admin as "Errotica Affiliate Program" with the proper link codes already in place under "Get Banners".

Now I already mentioned that I setup a new account for my girlfriend to get her started. The difference is that it no longer says "Errotica Affiliate Program". It says "MET-ART Referral Program" with no link codes to Erotica.

The only thing to do is to take your advice and use the Met code in my links for Erotica and check traffic to be sure that it's getting hits. But that's a silly way to do things. The program should be listed under "Errotica Affiliate Program" (Like it use to be) rather than Met-Art... Why would they change it ?
