Pay to index is just a variation of old techniques pioneered by the business world's original OG Pimp gangster player no other than John Rockefeller back in the 1800s.

Microsoft (MSFT) has been approaching big publishers with a pay to index scheme. MSFT and Rupert Murdoch have exchanged word. Is Murdoch and MSFT on to something? Trying to pull content out from under Google. Content = traffic, right?
