Can a member be banned for being useless?
 
I won't point anyone, but during the last weeks, I've seen some members posting nothing but smileys to at least half the posts made in the forum, sometimes quoting the first post of the thread to give good measure.
It's getting more and more boring.
If someone has nothing to say, then they should shut up.

If I someone can banned members well this is my experience

I just pot a question because I don't know to whom I am going to contact but some people are being so better first banned those accounts first.

They don't ban them. Usually they give them a green nick.
