AOL's new look (lame)
http://assets.nydailynews.com/img/20..._logos_aol.jpg
"A new brand identity to be adopted by AOL next month, when it is spun off from Time Warner, ditches the odd-looking triangle that has long served as the brand symbol and replaces the letters AOL with ?Aol.? -- complete with a period..." http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/23/bu...a/23adcol.html Wow, I wonder what they spent on that :( |
AOL is still around? That's what's lame.
|
The thing that most people don't realize is that AOL is staying afloat, and being profitable, by owning sites such as tmz.com, switched.com and engadget.com
|
Hmmm... why the devil horns?
|
can't believe anyone even uses AOL anymore

Splitting from TW is going to be huge for AOL. I'll make a very early prediction that they'll regain powerhouse status within a few years.... probably through acquisitions. |
