Some type of Candid Camera type set up that went wrong.....im not sure if it was germany ? I know l saw more of the footage of what took place later and it looked like a genuine stunt gone wrong. (fake mugging but not fake kick)

Definitely not a mugging. It was for a Euro practical joke show and the victim was trying to put something over the first guy's head. Well the guy's friend obviously didn't know what just happened and reacted quickly when he saw his friend chasing the victim.
