Looking for coffee advice

My mom wants one of those single cup coffee makers for Christmas. So I decided I'll get her that and I want to put together a good gift basket of coffees to go with it. The problem is I don't drink coffee and pretty much know nothing about it. She basically drinks Folgers, but just because it is convenient. I don't think she likes really strong coffee, but has mentioned she likes stuff with a good flavor.

Any suggestions on what type of coffee to get her?

My top favorite is Lavazza :winkwink: Make sure it's included in the basket, she'll like it for sure.

Asking a question like that here will result in loads of people naming their fave coffee. It's like asking which is the best beer?

Get her a sampler pack with lots of different ones so she can find what she likes best.

Captain's Reserve is the best coffee I have ever had. My husband bought me a gift pack of this for my birthday and I can't even drink Folger's anymore... he got me on the monthly shipment of it and it's the only thing I drink now.

I agree, it's a matter of taste and you are going to get everything.... but this is what I like. ;)
