I need someone to promote my site..

I need someone to promote my site so I can start getting sales. If you have any ideas please email me them and lets work something out.

My site is new so it's not PR ranked yet.. Any ideas to help me get it ranked would be nice. I would like to build back links but don't know how to do it. If someone could help me please email me.
