No he goes only upto 20 Class C

its going to be hard for you to find that many class c's...

not many hosts that will spread out ip's like that have more than a /20 or two...

if you find one, let me know..

Well http://www.seohosting.com/ is for such purposes but i more prefer to buy tons of 2$ virtual hosting accounts for such purposes.

Yep , Cheap Vrtual host is the best option...you get IP's on different ASN

You won't find anyone offering 50 different class c subnets on a single server, and even if you did it's pointless... it's not hard at all to determine that all those ips lead to the same server...
