The Anti-Homosexuality Bill 2009 is going through Uganda?s Parliament after receiving its first reading last month.

According to Clause 2 of the Bill, a person who is convicted of gay sex is liable to life imprisonment. But if that person is also HIV positive the penalty ? under the heading ?aggravated homosexuality? ? is death.

The Bill has not been endorsed by the Ugandan government but it has allowed it to proceed, and some top officials are said to have praised it.

One thing to keep in mind: The BULK of HIV Transmission in Africa is through HETEROSEXUAL contact.

There seems to be a pattern of homophobia involving that country. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it the opposition of Ugandan Anglicans that split the global Anglican Communion re ordination of a gay priest in the US?

WE are? This Uganda. Most of those African nations are fucked up. Not being racist but notice how most of these African nations are total fuck jobs AFTER the won their "freedom" from whitey? I bet most of the people that are in Liberia wish their ancestors never left the US. As bad as thing where in the US for blacks for the next 100 or so years they were/are immensely better than living in Liberia.

And it is their country. We do not compel you to accept our polygamy, why is it so important for us to accept your homosexuality? Why are you so quick to accuse us of your practises such as "final solutions"? Why are so eager to offload your sins on other people? Why are you trying to paint a negative picture of Africans? You know there will be no final solution because Uganda has never been and will not be last destination of European homosexuality. And if anyone wanted to lock up homosexuals in Uganda, you know that a few police cells would suffice given the small number of European homosexuals living in that country so please quit exaggerating issues. And anyway, the buggers would simply move to another African country, Kenya being the most likely, to continue their nonsense, unless of course all African countries collectively corrected their laws.
