Hosted Galleries.

I have purchased an HELL of alot of content recently. I am in the middle of building hosted galleries, can I use just my EXCLUSIVE content or ALL the content I purchased? I have domain licenses for all the domains so surely I can use the content i purchased on these hosted galleries? true/false?

if itīs exclusive I canīt see why you shouldnīt be allowed to do that, but better speak with your content provider, because some will not allow that.

... or take some 5 minuets and read through you license agreement.

I believe you can only use the "EXCLUSIVE" content for that.

lots of people doing hosted galleries are just using licensed content, most of the web licenses really don't prohibit it, because most licenses were written up long before hosted galleries were invented.

it's a very strange thing - with most content you are allowed to use it to submit to TGP's, get accepted by some of the biggest TGP's and those images will be seen by a million people. If you use the same license content and use them for 'hosted galleries' many content providers will have a problem with it.

i'd do it probably until somebody told me in a contract that i couldn't.

most of the web licenses out there were drawn up by hack lawyers, barely understanding how the adult Internet works.

To avoid future problems, use exclusive content or ask for written permission from the content provider, and make sure they have it cleared from the producers of the content, again in writing.

With exclusive content you should not have any problem with it but for all the rest, you should check the license for each content providers. In our case, we don't allow hosted galleries with our content.

if you don't allow hosted content then you should not allow TGP galleries

either way its all the same

Exactly

Afraid of content getting overused? Don't allow tgping

It's quite easy, really
