Best VIOP service?

I'm looking for a good VOIP service. One that charges a flat rate and allows international calls. I know Vonage does this. Do any other companies offer a service like this? If so, how do they compare with the other services available? I need a flat rate service especially for international calling.

Many times your cable company will offer some type of VOIP. In my area, Time Warner Cable offers a Vonage type service.

i have had vonage for 4 years. call international all the time. the service and call quality are excellent. they would be my recommendation
