Swiss Voters Take A Stand Against The Islamization of Europe
 

We should all be grateful for the Swiss for taking a stand against the further Islamiztion of Europe. They are almost certain to be subjected to condemnations from the Marxist left and to threats from the Religion of Peace........ but we can only hope that this is the beginning of a popular uprising against political Islam in Europe and the destruction of European culture. :thumbsup

Note the Times sneering tone about "extreme right wing parties" and "hostility to minorities"......... the media continue to cower in fear before the Jihadists. Pretty pitiful. :disgust

I was born in Zermatt, Switzerland and moved to Florida with the family when I was 10. I go back every year to visit friends and family and each time I am surprised at how intolerable the Swiss people are. They hate everyone: Jews, Muslims, foreigners, Americans, tourists...it's really sad.

Well gee I guess that is why they ARE STILL SWISS after all these centuries. Had they not been so "intolerable" the Swiss people would all be brown and the Swiss countryside might not looks so picturesque.

One of my best friends is Swiss, and he is one of the friendliest people I know.

dont forget there are three main parts. german part is totally other than french part. german part is same as germany, with unfriendly people, with trash on the street etc. i dont like german part, but i love french part. i have been there about three months and its one of the best memories i remember, friendly people, great services, clean place everywhere ... and if you think they dont like anyone, have you ever been in geneve? you will see more jews and muslims than swiss people, so its not about intolerance, but about keeping their country safe, not as france or denmark, where are those people killing journalists and innocent people on the street ... go swiss go! :thumbsup :)

Wow i totally expected a different response in here. It doesn't strike anyone as super stupid to piss off one of the major sources of their cash? Once the Saudis and all of their friends decide banking in a country that does not like them is not such a good idea, the Swiss will be rethinking this idea.

Yeah I've been to Geneva, but I was a bit too young to observe the people and their views. The part I'm from is part of the German part. It's a tiny village, but a huge tourist attraction since the Matterhorn is there. I suppose the fact that the village is really small and very secluded adds to the close mindedness of the people.

But I agree that the people are very clean, hardworking, and obedient for the most part. :)

No way I could live there again, though.

It seems that we're also facing a plot to Islamize America by the Muslim Mafia. I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.

As birthrates in developed countries continue to drop, these countries will face this issue more and more--what is the proper way to approach immigration: encourage assimilation or foster cultural pluralism? Which goes to a deeper question: what made these countries economically great in the first place--culture or just political/economic management? Can culture be separated from law/economics/politics?

the thing is that these people (still) are a small minority. unfortunately a very radical minority and I also wish they would all move to one of those backwards countries and stick to torturing their own people. although i feel bad for every girl that is born into their society.

but you are clever enough to know that the western world carries a huge guilt of having pushed many of those countries into the gutter by supporting corrupt governments against the will of their people just for profit - see Iraq & Iran as prime examples, both have been once very civilized and progressive countries.

and for being radical... i think every country or religion failed at one (or many) point(s) in their history. but nothing ever lasted forever - not even "das 1000 jährige Reich" which lasted 12 years.
