Arrest Warrant Issued for MMA Fighter Turned Porn Actor
 
KVBC-TV in Las Vegas is reporting that police have issued an arrest warrant for a MMA fighter who recently entered the porn industry:

Koppenhaver is a white adult male standing 5'11" tall and weighing 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

His last known address was in the 5000 block of West Hacienda in Las Vegas.

Koppenhaver goes by the names "War Machine" and "War Hammer," and also has a very distinctive hand grenade tattoo on the left side of the neck

Metro says Koppenhaver should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 385-xxxx.
There have been mixed reports elsewhere that War Machine was involved in a violent brawl with others in the industry at a porn party this past weekend to celebrate the birthday of porn actress Brooke Haven.

Then he suddenly started hitting everyone around him. Most of the people he hit were just standing around, not really part of the action.

WM ran up and hit Glen in the jaw. Then he ran around attacking anyone he could see. He was chasing Derek Hay of LA Direct (aka Ben English) and Josh Hunter tried to step in and calm him down, and he hit Josh.

Then he tracked down Derek and knocked him down.

How did the fight start?

I heard WM hit Alanah, but she says he didn’t. I did not see WM hit Alanah so I can’t speculate on that one. I’m not sure exactly how it started.

WM was being very aggressive with the women at the party and someone may have said something.

Who got hurt and what happened?

I heard that Derek was taken to the hospital.

Alec Knight went to the hospital. Danny from Wanted List has a broken nose. The ones I know of are Josh, Derek, Alec, Danny, Glen, and there was one other guy who wants to remain anonymous. He probably hit another 3-4. Derek is not in the hospital.

How did Alec end up in the hospital?

Alec was just a bystander who got hit for no reason. Then he hit the ground and gashed his head open…

Was Derek the target?

I keep hearing that WM was chasing him.

I don’t think Derek was the target. I think WM was off on a wild rampage and saw Derek and went after him.

Did anyone hit WM back? Or throw any punches back?

Josh Hunter was the only one I saw gets shots back at WM. Derek may have gotten a couple in. The rest were WM hitting and then moving on.

Are charges filed against WM?

People are definitely pressing charges. There were a lot of witnesses. We all gave our info to the police. It was not self defense.

Yeah, but i do have to add that the MMA training is really fucking intense and a huge part of it is taking multiple hard hits. Unless one of the guys was either trained or lucky enough to tap the button, their hits probably weren't doing much.

This is California Mutt. Men are often not "Men" here. Where I grew up everyone at the party would have rushed that fucking prick after one or 2 punches. In California most guys will just stand around and watch their friends get their asses kicked.
Derek should think about not going out anymore because I keep hearing about him getting his ass kicked. Didn't TT Boy kick his ass out in public a few years back?

Too bad about Alec, he is a really laid back nice guy. Hope he is ok.

JustDaveXxx said it best in the other post about this...the porn industry is full of guys that talk massive shit about what they are going to do, and this time they talked it to someone that didn't want to hear it. War Machine is a fucking psycho and I don't condone anything he did, but something tells me there is more to this story.

As for 185 pounds, he fights at 170, so it wouldn't surprise me if he walks around at 200 or bigger, and it's all fucking muscle. The first time he KO'd someone everyone else would have been smart to just get the fuck out of the way, no matter how tough they thought they were...

IME, where just about everybody grew up, most guys will post things on the Internet about what they would have done had they been there, then if the same situation arises and they ARE there, those same guys will suddenly discover a certain dignity and mellow perspective they have never exhibited previously.

Hence, "I would have kicked the living shit out of that dirtbag if I had been there" becomes "I would have kicked the living shit out of that dirtbag.... but what problem has violence ever really solved?"

While the blow to Alanah Rae is under doubt the casualties of the fight appear directly related to Jon Koppenhaver's fists.

Needless to say it appears War Machine's porn career is over and that he will most likely be facing assault chargers and with his record he could end up in jail for a long time.

The biggest tragedy in this story, besides the victim(s)' injuries, is the fact that this all could have been avoided. War Machine had been sending dark and seriously troubling tweets for some time now and it was so clear that he needs professional help. For example,

"I should have crashed and went thru the f***ing windshield driving home right now...would have been so much better."

F*** you! I'm going to bed...pray I don't wake up. F*** myself and my miserable fucking life. Please let me die tonight. God f*** it.

Or how about these,

Clearly something isn't right with Koppenhaver and hopefully he gets some help to pull him out of this dark tailspin that will undoubtedly hurt innocent people.
As if this is not enough, apparently, this War Machine guy was visited by a couple of FBI agents recently for allegedly making some sort of threat/comment about shooting Obama. :helpme

He's a professional MMA fighter, trained to fight all out for 15 minutes straight. He's fought in the UFC, and is actually pretty decent. Just really fucked in the head.
