Here's the cliff notes:
-Tiger was nailing another chick. Tiger's wife didn't approve, and beat the shit out of him with a 9-iron (somewhat ironic)
-Tiger was trying to get away as his wife was beating his Escalade, breaking the rear window with the 9-iron.
-Tiger, in such a daze after getting whaled on with said 9-iron, ends up crashing the truck about a block away going around 20mph and running into just about everything leading up to a tree.
-Tiger paid off the neighbors and the police to basically say "Nothing to see here, folks! The injuries Tiger sustained are consistent with a car crash... not domestic violence."
-The "official story" is that Tiger's wife was supposedly "helping him" at the scene of the accident after hearing the accident from the house about a block away. Their story is that she "rescued" him by bashing out the rear window with the 9-iron. But you have to ask yourself what she was doing with a 9-iron a block away from their house, out of sight. She couldn't have known to bring a golf club, or would have coincidentally had one. |
