I am with u bro. Indian support in most cases means dealing with complete morons. 99% of India guys I met were stupid morons and some of them wanted to scam me, fortunately they were too stupid to scam me. The only exception was my Indian neighbor with his wife, they were university students that spent most of their life in Europe, and they were really alright.

Outsourcing occurs everywhere, because companies want to be cheap. Really it's the same story in the design business. People hire cheap philipine or eastern russian designers (most of them have a poor understanding of English) and demand demand demand, because these toads work for 5 bucks or less per hour.
