Depending on the quality of the traffic and what I've learned about conversion rates, I believe you should be getting at least 1 sale a day with those numbers.

its 100% organic search traffic. Damn If I could do 1-2 30 dollar sale a day id by quickly on my way to doing this full time...

I'm getting about 2k UV a day (paying for advertising) and I'm not making any $ yet. I'm somewhat discouraged but the site is less than a month old so I guess I need to be patient.

You run a click through of 25% (doubtful) that's only 250 a day. Expect to do 1/2,000 to get an average idea. I'm not gonna bust out that many numbers, but you can figure it out from there.

so then we're talking around at least 10k views needed to translate into some cash?

0$ with 1500 views is bad. If you can't sell anything maybe you could try juicyads and get PPC.

Yeah I got some PPC ... but the amount it makes just isnt anywhere near where it needs to be.... Will look into some juicyads

You are definetly doing something wrong. Post your URL here so we can check what that is.

Not a bad site.... You have very general mixed niche content alongside mainstream so your conversions will be a lot lower
If you had a tube that pushed a niche so to speak with the same amount of traffic your conversions would be higher
If you are gonna keep the site as it is I would use PPC sponsers or sell banner space to at least get some revenue coming in

Your getiton spot is in the right place. Put another one on the bottom of all pages. Add PPC ads on top above your videos.

Make your page longer by displaying the double amount of thumbs and on the right side below your getiton banner put some more PPC ads.

For your video page : add another 300x250 beneath the top right one. add some PPC on the bottom. and think about maybe doing INVIDEO ads ( use http://www.eroadvertising.com for this. they have great support and a good network ).

Finaly try to get more traffic as 1500uv's is not much for that type of site.

thanks =) The site is going full porn by christmas, im going to divide the porn, and alot more of it into subsections of the adult category and feature them, and have a diff page some text links to mainstream stuff for the seo benefit it provides.

The site jumped up to 5200 uniques from google alone today! Hopefully it stays that way, I am going to heed your advice after some much needed sleep..

Small percent click the ad, out of that percent another small percent actually buy something. My sponsor ratios have been looking like shit for years...

Anyone got a ratio that should be expected? Once the user has clicked the ad... maybe some benchmark that says 'ok this ad works' cause I get so little ctr that I dont know when/if ive properly tested an ad. RevengeBucks has by far been my best CTR so far though. No conversions.

As the guy above me said. There's no niche, it's not nichey. You need a niche!!

You'll find 100 midget clown lovers more valuable for a midget clown porn site than 10'000 normal* users.
