i know of one - any others? i have to make a decision on a name and the model's real name is an option, she's fine with it but the worry is that using a real name does make it easier for a stalker to find her. on the other hand if somebody is a stalker type it's usually not that hard with google's help to find a model's real name.

i would not recommend it though.
most commonly names the girls i shoot combine part of their name, first last or middlename..
funny sometimes these girls real name sound more like a porn name.

I have never been on the content production side, but from my point of view, it just doesn't seem right to use their own name. sure... where there's a will there's a way, to fid out a model's real info, but in reality, a lot of the 'would-be' stalkers/problem types just aren't smart enough to figure it out. In my opinion, keep away the majority of idiots, even if only for convenience sake.

if YOU are the one that has to decide, I'd say only use the real first name. Make up the last name.

if you use her real name doesn't it hinder the name and likeness clause ability to keep the site going long after the girl has left the business

you still own the content but you have a whole nother set fo laws to deal with
(privacy, anti stacker etc)
