If you'd like to try to get that kind of resolution, you still have the option of calling AT&T's Customer Care line (dial 611) to experience the thrill of being put on hold for your chance to get sweet nothings and empty promises from a man, woman, or robot somewhere far down the chain of command.

Think of it as a holly, jolly Christmas gift to make up for a lack of little blue bars. Mark the Spot requires iPhone OS 3.0 or later.

i know where im at, 3G SUCKS! I have to keep my phone on the EDGE network or ill drop calls like its my job.

on AT&Ts 3G coverage map, it shows my area is fine, but there are a number of places that the calls drop. ive complained and even written letters to them and only got a response of "we take our customers feedback seriously and will look into your complaint"

i wish the iPhone was on Verizon :(

I have corner of my house, which is a total blind spot, no calls in or out.

i swiched from verizon to ATT only for the iphone...needless to say 6 months later...i have a droid. The service has been absolutely TERRIBLE since the 3gS came out. Their network grew 40% with just the 3gS, ATT cant handle it.

I love my Droid. I can't imagine anyone being on AT&T anymore now that something so vastly superior is available. Superior phone and superior network...duh! :thumbsup

yup! i was an iphone fan boy myself...the droid truly is superior
