Long story short...Girlfriend offered a friend to move in since she needed a place to stay for a bit. I ended up kicking her out and now I'm suing her for my brand spanking new carpet she fucked up. Idiot used bleach to clean up some food she spilled.

I've got plenty of evidence of her admitting guilt and everything else. I'm good to go :winkwink:

I've got text messages that I took pictures of and printed, as well as saved of her admitting guilt and saying that she would take care of it and how she did what she did. Also have a list of "do-nots" since she thought she owned the place that she signed. I can probably get the bank to get me a copy of her check she wrote us too.

I think she'll even be dumb enough to admit it in court. The girl has no direction in life but to sit around, smoke weed and pretend she works. She still owes us money for rent but I'm not even trying for that. Just want my brand new carpet repaired.

Fwiw, I don't think Judge Judy pays any "Appearance" fee's. Only for travel and expenses and obviously, as stated, if you win, the money you are requesting.

Judge Joe Brown on the other hand pays for appearance, gives you signing bonuses if your case is that good and will probably throw all types of extra cash in if she starts giving him attitude.
