Where can I find a good programmer cheap?
 

I want a clone of Craigslist personals.
Just a way people can register, list what city theyre in, and what theyre looking for. Add a photo, and verify their ad.
and a way that others can search for it and respond. all secured with a captcha word security.

Something very simple and very very easy to use.

I went to getafreelancer but Im not allowed to ask for a "clone" its against their TOS.

What he is requesting is not that big of a deal . . . if he sticks to his original request and just has a city drop down, upload and ad space.. it's very easy.

I think you're making a mistake there freehuge.....ajax isn't a programming or coding language, ajax always uses javascript...ajax is just a tool with which you enhance certain parts of a website....you still need to get your site coded in an actual coding language like for example php...
