There is nothing to worry about, this is actually good news to all our customers and exiting news will follow next month with major expansions around the nation. The acquisition of assets by QuadraNet allows us to better focus on the full range of products and services that we offer and WILL BE offering in the future that simply don't fall into the categories that OC3 was known for.
For example, we have new locations across the USA opening for dedicated servers, and an entirely new line of cloud-based solutions, server hardware, "Infrastructure as a Service" (IaaS), and more.
Please refer to a paragraph from the press release:
"Please be assured that these exciting changes will not have ANY effect on your current contracts, services, IP’s, Rates, usernames or passwords. The acquisition by QuadraNet will simply serve to streamline our products and Services and pool resources previously split amongst brands and corporations.”

This has been done to death but as a PR customer I can tell you they're not "reselling" OC3, it's just another brand. Some of the support even sign off as OC3 staff.

Out of the dozen or so hosting companies I used in the last decade, PacificRack is the ONLY ONE where I never had a single problem.. never had downtime either... It's now been around or close to 13 months since I switched to PacificRack and as long as I continue in this business, I shall remain with them regardless of any name changes or acquisitions because I trust them and know I can count on them to continue to be the best host I've ever used, PERIOD.

It's fucking AMAZING... I never even once had to contact tech support for a problem.. unfuckingbelievable... And when I did have to contact them for help accomplishing something, like installing a mod or something, phone was answered fast, or ticket was responded to within minutes.. I fucking love this company.. and if you ever chatted with any of their sales reps, you'll realize they have the best fucking deals around....
