To be honest, who would want to know anyone that wants to fight against any family especially nephews in court.

Kinda sad that his family isn't trying to continue what he started instead of fighting him.

Yes, can't use the name Flynt. That's his name. The federal jury maybe likes to jerk off on Hustler magazine as well.

Larry was right. His nephews had no right to compete in the same business using the same name.

Sure, trademarks are not "en masse" rights. They usually pertain to the field of use. So, the nephews can use their name to sell hotdogs or manufacture furniture. But, that tradename is already taken in the entertainment arena.
