for those who have companies in Cyprus, Belize, etc.

which service did you guys use to incorporate offshore ?

i found cclogic.com but not sure if they are legitimate....there's lots out there but no idea which is legit..

how much did it cost to setup IBC, foreign nominee director & shareholders ?

which country did you decide to incorporate in ? Cyprus seems to be the most popoular for adult businesses.

why? what's their policy on adult? if they find out your corporation is porn related what can/might they do?

Les Grossman 12-13-2009 04:11 AM

Don't bank and have your corp in the same country.

Example: Have corp in Gibraltar or Seychelles - Bank in Cyprus

Put the corp in a tax free tax haven. That way you only use the bank account in another country and do not actually do business there. You don't pay taxes to these countries by doing it this way. How you deal with your home country is up to you, but there is no reason to pay taxes to foreign countries due to your corporate structure.

Rule #1: Don't shit where you eat.

If you understand that rule, and figure out how to implement it, you will be OK.

Cyprus is actually somewhat adult friendly.

wdforty 12-13-2009 04:17 AM

I have one in Seychelles, it was pretty easy to set up and not too expensive.

TidalWave 12-13-2009 04:34 AM

If you contact these people, tell them that if they put some prices or any ACTUAL information on their website it will help them do business.

Nothing stops me inquiring more than a site that has "inquire now" everywhere.
:2 cents:

Not really. The incorporation process is just that...."a process" and as such can be priced and displayed (as 90% of companies in this market do). In EVERY case there are specific paperwork and government requirements and fees, and incorporator fees etc pertinent to the particular jurisdiction, and various add on sevices that are also generally standard in price and can be quoted.

Cost of additional specific consultations or advices are of course a different matter, but a company incorporation can and should be quoted.... at least as a guideline, and in my opinion failing to do it is either lazy or unprofessional, and they won't get my money, but if I am in the minority on this, so be it, no skin off my nose ** :upsidedow

(**translation: means costs me nothing)

Like I said, I never used them but I find their website most informative with legal possibilities and clear pricing. After people see what is possible here and what it costs, they can google more suppliers they like better, or do it them selves or thru their own local lawyer/accountant.

I agree with you. There are a handful of variables, but not enough that they can't list on their website. They should all post all the services and the rates involved.

Alex Xe 12-23-2009 01:44 AM

Hi,

I sent email to Vasilis from InternetInCorporate.com and they added information about prices on website for most popular countries.

Hope it is help you :)
