can you guarantee that i will not go to jail, in writing?

i have used two strikes in my state which has a three strikes law. if something happens again that's it for me.

Let's assume for a moment that I actually believe you're serious and not pulling my leg. Could you kindly describe a scenario where my email list could possibly land you in jail?
