Wow --- Some Thailand IPs blocking Yahoo, CNN, Facebook, Flickr & others
Other sites getting blocked: drudgereport, ESPN, Photobucket, Twitter
For those of you who don't know, using proxy servers and trying to circumvent government blocked websites is a criminal offense in Thailand. It seems in some areas it's OK, some its blocked. Nobody knows what is going on yet. This is crazy. |
Yeah keep posted... that's strange

I count the days until this kind of censorship comes here too. I just know that some right-wing-extremist sites are not available in some parts of this country (and thats ok).
But social network sites?? .. thats really weird. |
hey les, where abouts are you based now? HK or thailand?

It seems it was an error rather than censorship, or so they are saying right now. |
