ContentBandit - problem with docs on content
 

We've bought DVD disc at contentbandit.com to use at our own pay site.
We've paid for it by PayPal on 10/29/2009.

ContentBandit gave us access to content and 2257.
Then we've sent him a licence that we signed. And since that time we can't obtain a signed licence on content from him, he just doesn't answer our e-mail and icq messages for already 1,5 months.

Is he a cheater?

Who can help us to contact him? Or ask him to answer us finally?!! We're waiting for a licence with his signature!
