It's not national health care it's force people to buy health insurance from the same scamming private companies in existence now along with a bunch of requirements and mandates. It never was about your health it was about getting millions more people paying the broke ass insurance companies for their ponzi schemes. The reason the democrats need 60 votes is because it can't be repealed if they get 60. If they wanted to do something to actually save money they woudl start with the pharma companies charging you $150 for something that costs them $.03 to make. But Obama gave them a sweet heart backroom deal when no one was looking.

BTW my dad is a stage 3 cancer survivor. Since Obama's been in office he was kicked off medicare. He's a veteran and spent the majority of his life as an insurance executive. Lost his retirement and his insurance because he was too weak to work. He found out what he had 6 months after his co cut him loose 2 years before retirement. The hospital was going to cancel his lifesaving surgery because they thought his cobra had lapsed. Don't give me this shit about them caring.. They don;t give a fuck about anything but money.

How is this health care bill taking care of our own? It still leaves millions uninsured and basically only covers those who could be covered now but choose not to.

Why the fuck would we be for something that gives the government huge oversight? Why the fuck would we be for something that increases our already unsustainable debt close to another trillion dollars? Wake the fuck up, the democrats, Obama, and the leftist policies are destroying these countries.

It has to do with Obama because he wants to act like his plan is about caring and the cutting of medicare funds won't affect anything but waste. Well the cuts already are affecting people as you can see. My dad has paid into that fucked up program his whole life and now that he needs it he can't get it. The insurance companies are just as bad. He's always had insurance obviously being in the business. There again he paid into it his whole life and when he needed it it "almost" wasn't there. He did make it through his process before the cobra lapsed but not before the insurance co, doctors and hospitals milked him of everything he had. The point is that half ass doing this bill isn't going to do shit. You either have a national health care where everyone pays in and at the same price or you don't. Mandating someone buy something from private companies who as a whole have already shown they are incapable of doing the right thing isn't the way to go. And that's what they've planed to do all along. The insurance companies wrote the fucking bill.

So little effort is put out on passing these billion dollar bill that Obama just signed into law that people carrying guns on trains must be locked up in boxes , not the guns, the people carrying them, he signed this into law yesterday and you want intelligent people to feel all warm all over about a 2000 page bill that lawyers can't understand, right now about what 30% of the people want this bill and yet the president is still pushing it thru, doesn't he work for US?

Simple answer, No. He works for the bankrupt corporation AKA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. His job is to generate revenue for said corporation. When he said in his recent interview the government would be bankrupt if this doesn't pass it was somewhat true. They have been in bankruptcy since 1933. If the can't generate more revenue they will default on their payments.

If he is in fact a veteran...and honorably discharged...he would be entitled to free medical care via the VA.
