Just come across the news..BA took it to court and the judge has sided with BA.

of course he did. one can't disrupt service as important as that.

Fucking assholes had no right to strike anyway.

Anyone who does should get sacked. Plenty of people happy to do the job and take the wages that come with it.

It would have been really fucking dumb to fuck over as many people as they planned to.

I think it was always going to come to that to be honest. Thye hinted at why they were going to take it to the courts the other day and that's exactly why it got slammed down.

The union fucked up.
