Why the hell do they keep changing things?

I wanted to ask a seller a question since i bought something from him almost a month ago and still haven't recieved it.

Now though, when you go to "Ask seller a question" you get an auto response - Where is my item?
The seller received your payment on 06 Dec, 2009. Your delivery estimate is 08 Dec, 2009 - 09 Dec, 2009.

Yes. But did he actually send it ? That's what i want to ask. Since this is now the 17th Dec.

where it says ask seller a question scroll to the bottom of the page and you can send a e-mail
