i am back from the club and there many people have discussed that. basically they want weed legalized but are pissed that the other stuff will not be prosecuted anymore. many czechs are afraid that Prague will be like Amsterdam in the late 80ties/early 90ties

my initial thought was "good news" but then i thought that when the drugs are illegal to sell
but legal to posses it can do even more harm then illegal drugs at all.

looks like they didn't do it to help people with drug addictions
or to extend the rights etc but just to reduce police work load.

btw why only 1 gram of cocaine & 1.5g of heroine?
i always thought that heroine is way more dangerous than coke

Congrats on kind of legalizing ganja. Wish we could fo the same. But ppl here are so retarded it will take like 50 years to have similar laws...

hard to compare using an ambiguous wording like "more dangerous"

taking supply issues out of the equation, technically, being addicted to cocaine would probably be much worse healthwise than being addicted to heroin, although withdrawing from the addiction is a different thing as well

both have dangerous overdose potential

heroin is probably more easily physically addictive though, but just using addictiveness as a guage of "dangerousness", one would have to look at tobacco and alcohol too

and if one is talking about the danger a person on the drug poses to society, if supply issues are removed from the situation, I would think a person on heroin would be less dangerous than a person on cocaine or meth (and even alcohol perhaps)

I guess that's good news for the people that choose to destroy their minds with drugs. Not so much into doing them myself though. But I do smoke a little weed once in awhile.
