friend, i was in process of verifying my epass account. DOnt have any problem yet but even after uploading 2 form if they still asking more.

1) UK driving License with photo + address listed on it
2) debit card front and back with all info of bank account in there.

now they are askign for credit card statment as well. I need to know from all epass account holders that uploading the above 2 not enough to verify you as genuie person........ stil need to upload card statement. what they want to see in statement address which is already listed on driving license....

at least they dropped the requirement for an iris scan and a piece of skin from the back of your neck...

Better watch out, next it might be a chunk of the fold of penis skin right by the head.

3 days before Black Friday I went to log into my account so I could check my balance because I wanted to plan ahead as far as what I wanted to buy, and when I logged in, it kicked me out. I called epass about it and they wouldn't tell me why it locked me out of my own account and they made me wait 5 days for my account to become unlocked.

Sounds pretty strange, I have never heard this kind of verification before. A lot of partners are using ePassporte.

Address on your ID is not enough for address verification we require a bank statement or utility bill.

how long should i wait for my epass card?
its been about a month now -_-
and am i gonna get charged AGAIN for a new card ?

from one week till 2 month

Please email me your UserID, name and address and I will look into it.
If a card is lost in the mail we issue one free replacement as long as its to the same address.

I signed up for epass last week without having to upload shit.

epass is a pretty good company, so them asking for verification is not a big deal

they have been going crazy lately. they always claim visa or someone else makes them do it but no other company asks for the same (banks, paypal, etc.)

epass = joke.
