You can make the popup look and feel anyway you wish (design wise)........basically its a bottom right hand corner small popup ..just as msn is ?

if you need a wordpress solution:

I wrote a wordpress plugin that does the msn ad, you can specify in settings, link code, msg, uses 100 random imageds for the pic, also you can specify to display once, or how many times.
