If those allegation are true they will lose their national registration/certification I believe.

When I got EMT cert. years ago the "law" you were not allowed to walk away, you are required to help and injured or sick person otherwise you would be charge with negligence and have you cert. revoked

Against NYFD and them personally probably. And personally I hope the woman's family gets millions.
