I wouldn't trust getting a merchant account to push thousands through from joe's bank.biz to only find out that oops, it' sbeen revoked, there goes thousands of dollars in rebills.

There are ways to test such a tthing.. i wouldnt push all sales through this but i would love to test it out and implement the support for merchant accounts into my affiliate scripts.

But on the chance it does work, with good scrubbing (not as heavy as the ISIPs) then it might just be worth while!

I asked the same and never got a reply. That page is totally fucked up though. If you read the wires bit it doesn't seem to be sure whether it means incoming or outgoing.

Here's my advice, take your 500k savings in cash, pack it in a duffle bag in 10 $ bills. Then fly over to Moscow and deposit it personally with those guys.
