Alcohol a Factor ... But Not for Charlie Sheen

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911 on Charlie Sheen.

Sources say authorities gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Brooke registered a .13 while Charlie registered a .04.

We're also told Brooke recanted her story to a female officer just before the bail hearing, telling the cop she was drunk when she made the 911 call. Nevertheless, law enforcement sources say police will still pursue the case -- at least for now.

We've also learned Sheen has hired well-known Colorado attorney Richard Cummins to represent him.

Sheen was arrested Christmas morning after Brooke called 911 claiming he assaulted her. Charlie was booked for two felonies and one misdemeanor relating to domestic violence.

As we first reported, Sheen told law enforcement Brooke was the aggressor and he was just trying to defend himself.
Charlie's next court date is set for February 8.

This dude can't keep his hands off women and prostitutes. He was raised Catholic. That's likely the problem. On the other hand, if he was raised Catholic, you might expect him to like little boys. Still, I love his acting but I have no respect for a woman beater.

this is what sucks about domestic violence. the women always is believed. my ex-gf was attacking me one night and the neighbors called the cops. when they showed up she admitted she was attacking me and they asked me if i wanted her arrested. you know if the roles were reversed they would of just taken me away.

Felonies are not good.

I dont yell. I never have. What ever i need to say, i can say it calmly, No matter how pissed i am. That is how i deal with women and men. If its a man and he is right in my face yelling, I guarantee he wont finish his sentence. And arguing with a woman is a serious waste of time.

Any woman ever raises their voice at me, i leave. Fuck that!! By Ca. law, if the cops are called on a domestic violence call, (even if the neighbor calls) somebody is going to jail.


Jail sux ass and is a real place. I have seen too many friends get put in jail because of the Ca. Law. Once you yell back at your girl and the cops come somebody is going away. And there is no talking your way out of it if the cop see somebody visibly upset.

when i was in jail i met a few guys in there who got popped for domestic violence. sometimes they would punch a hole in a wall or break a window. when my ex attacked me it was while we were living in van nuys about 6 years ago. maybe the laws might of changed, I know the state makes money for each DV case they put away.

Oj fucked it up for everybody in Ca. If cops come and it is apparent that the couple were fighting somebody has to go to jail. No exceptions.


Not only has it happened to friends of mine, my cop friends in BJJ would tell me how they took people in that did not deserve o be taken in.


If a woman starts a fight with you just leave!!! If your girl is fighting with you and you are not fighting back leave!! If your girl is fighting with you and she calls the cops or you feel the cops were called by somebody, leave!!!


If any of the above is your situation and even if you think you are smart enough to talk your way out of the situation or you were not fighting back, leave!! This is the very best advice i can give.




If you left the situation and the cops do show up and you did not hit your girl you will be fine. Nobody will go to jail.

That's not just California either. A NJ friend of mine was dealing w/that shit off and on for months before he finally smartened up and threw his psycho girlfriend out for good. Lucky for him he didn't have any sort of home based business or, even worse, was an adult webmaster :2 cents:

yeah, the best thing to do is stay calm and try to get out of the situation. when the cops see a crazy screaming chick ranting and foaming at the mouth and you act sane and civilized it's much better for you. good manners go a long way too... as much as i hate cops I always kiss their asses when I have to deal with them. "yes sir, yes sir, 3 bags full!"

Wrong. Just simply being there will get you put in jail. Leaving before the cops come is your only option.


If you are the most well mannered guy and dressed super Christian with a cross in your hand and your girl says you hit her and in fact you did not, you will be hanging out with Jesus in jail. (seems that more people find jesus in jail.lol)



Leaving is the only option. I have had good smart friends that were well mannered and there girls were foaming at the mouth and they still went to jail.



My buddy craven was the one that called the cops and he went to jail. Charges were dropped because the cops testified that the girl was really nutz. But that was after he paid 3K to bail out. That is 3K he will never get back.



If confronted with any situation where your fighting with your girl and the cops are called or you know they are coming. Dont think you will talk your way out of the situation. because you wont!!!! There is a Mandatory 24 hour cooling down period that one of the fighting couple will have to sit before being allowed to even bail out.

well, in my case it worked. also the apt was leased in my name, not both of ours.

Then they must have determined it was not domestic violence or they did not right a report.

If the cops show up and you and your girl say that you guys were not fighting you are golden. But many times the guys say they were not fighting and the girl says you were and then the guy is fucked!! He doesn't get a 2nd chance to say he did not attack her



You got way lucky. I am way glad for you, but you know that could have gone real wrong, real fast.

she straight up admitted she attacked me while i was sleeping and they gave me the option to have her arrested. but yeah, i dodged a bullet that time! and i wont ever be in that situation again!
